The War on Marijuana: Transforming the War on Drugs in the 90s.

The Cost to Law Enforcement - The evolution of marijuana detox time results in substantial costs for law enforcement. Since 1991, the domestic law enforcement portion of the Fed drug economic policy plan has increased from $4.6 one thousand million (or 42% of the federal agent drug ascendency budget) to $9.5 zillion (or 51% of the Northerner drug activity budget) in 2002. This amount of $4.9 one thousand million (107%) has occurred during a menstruum when most of the development in drug arrests has been for marijuana. Of the unit law enforcement monetary fund for 2001 of $72.4 one million million, we judgment that $2.1 gazillion, or 2.9% of the entire law enforcement monetary fund nationally, is spent on marijuana arrests. Of this, approximately $430 gazillion is spent on marijuana trafficking and $1.7 one million million on marijuana self-will arrests.
